By accessing or using the Solid Shaper 3D website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Solid Shaper 3D provides digital manufacturing services including 3D printing, rapid prototyping, product design, reverse engineering, and batch manufacturing. Service details, pricing, and timelines are provided on a per-quote basis.
Quotes are provided based on the design files and specifications submitted by the customer. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders commence upon written confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of advance payment.
Payment terms are specified in the quotation. For new clients, advance payment or partial advance may be required. Online payment integration will be introduced in future phases; current payment methods include bank transfer and cash on delivery where applicable.
Customers retain ownership of their design files and intellectual property. Solid Shaper 3D retains the right to showcase completed parts for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not share your designs with third parties without consent.
Customers are responsible for submitting valid, printable design files. We reserve the right to reject files that are unreadable, corrupted, or unsuitable for the requested manufacturing process. Maximum upload size is 40 MB per file.
Solid Shaper 3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
